1. General

By accessing and using UG Adult Shop (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and purchase products from UG Adult Shop. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect the buyer is underage.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
• Products are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item in your order is out of stock.

4. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and Cash on Delivery.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders.
• Online payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. We do not store your payment credentials.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver within Kampala and surrounding areas. Delivery to other regions in Uganda may take longer.
• Free delivery is available on orders over UGX 300,000 within Kampala.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
• All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no branding or description of contents.
• You will be contacted by phone before delivery to confirm your availability and delivery details.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

7. Coupons & Promotions

• Coupon codes are subject to terms specified at the time of issue (minimum order, expiry date, usage limits).
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of UG Adult Shop and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

UG Adult Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
